Здравствуйте.
Вот, могу рекомендовать применение пакета apache-honeypot.
Не прошло и года, как потраченное время себя оправдало.
По крайней мере он вовремя настучал, когда на один из vserver'ов
через дырявое поделие по имени mambo индусские обезьяны (или
через них) при помощи японских выкладывателей барахлишка
попытались всунуть сперва бэкдор, а потом всё-таки положили
руткит (правда, CAN-2004-1235 у нас в апдейтах давным-давно
запатчено и конкретно там не должно работать).
Правда, пока он стучал, mod_security отшивал ещё толпы менее
зацикавленых на 403...
