Хм, а если такой вариант:
человек пришёл, включил комп, грузанул форточки, открыл (или автооткрылось)
окошко с двумя кнопочками - "Я пришол" и "Я ушол", или ответственное лицо,
которое будет выполнять теже действия.
человек будет сам заинтересован в введении правдивой информации и вовремя,
после 2-3 раз "забытия" народ научится :)
Так что не вижу тут смысла городить чтото с квадратными колёсами.
А от действий типа "Вась, у мя такойто логи и пароль - введи за меня" не
застрахована ниодна считалка :)
