Потому что такие админы в основном.
Потому что не знают своих должностных обязанностей.
Потому что 99% "админов" это эникейщики которые умеют только как-то ОС
переустанавливать и софт ставить. И найти таких по сотне за пучок не
проблема. Потому и будут они и полы мыть лишь бы не выгнали. А так как
таких большинство то формируется стереотип.
Нормального специалиста ценят. И никто утюги на починку носить ему не
будет.
P.S. А вообще с этой темой надо в smoke-room@ перебираться.
