SMS-выписка и оповещение о доступе или транзакции это хорошо и
правильно ИМХО.
А вот привязывать пароль на транзакцию на SMS это дебилизм ИМХО.
Или вы считаете что такую деликатную вещь как пароль на перевод
средств можно отдать на откуп третьей компании которая не гарантирует
ни работоспособность, ни конфиденциальность сервиса?
