Может быть. Беглый анализ показал, что все такие запросы содержат в
юзер-агенте строку MRSPUTNIK, что, говорят(с), означает использование
юзером панельки от мэйл.ру-агента. Нелюбовь к мэйл.ру еще больше укрепилась.
