Сегодня со мной случилось что-то похожее...
Отвозил я письмо в один федеральный орган власти. Дошел до секретаря
нужного мне чиновника, отдал два экземпляра письма. Один экземпляр
взяли, на втором экземпляре секретарь мне пишет "Принято", свою фамилию
и семизначный номер.
Я сразу же вспомнил полушуточную инструкцию о написании писем
чиновникам, где рекомендовалось присваивать бумагам длинные, сложные
номера. Длинный номер должен наводить на мысль о том, что в организации
- большая и сложная система делопроизводства :) Ну я подумал, что ни
фига себе у них система нумерации документов...
Забрал я свой экземпляр, уехал. Через несколько часов, снимая копию с
письма, понял, что это на самом деле номер телефона :) Посмотрел на
сайте - так оно и есть.
