Есть расход воды на дом, есть суммарный расход воды владельцами
счетчиков... Разница делится на оставшихся пропорционально количеству
прописанных(проживающих). Я после установки счетчиков, несмотря на
повышение тарифов в 3 раза, стал платить в 6 раз меньше... Сколько
платят те, кто поленился постваить счетчики я даже боюсь
представить...
