Здравствуйте!
В community это будет полным оффтопиком, здесь расчитываю на снисхождение :)
Меня просят поднять LAMP+Mail на Fedora Core 2 (причем сервер за океаном
;) - то бишь местные хотят сильно сэкономить ;) ). Вопросы:
1) Сколько может стоить первоначальная настройка (+перенос сайта с
другой машины) и поддержка (в месяц, например) c поправкой на вышесказанное?
2) Что вообще почитать о FC, на что обратить внимание по сравнению с
ALT, есть ли смысл затребовать FC поновее (какую версию)?
3) Можно ли / нужно ли его обновлять из официального репозитария (я
правильно понимаю, что по стабильности это тот же самый Сизиф), или
ограничиться точечными обновлениями, доверять ли родным пакетам или
самому пересобирать все компоненты LAMP?
4) Есть ли что-то похожее на chroot/vserver, какие еще есть способы
обезопасить сервер от взломанных сайтов?
