В сети есть перевод этой лицензии на русский и чем GPL отличается от LGPL.
Я пытался разобраться в плане использования компонентов и т.д. распространяемых
по LGPL & GPL при разработке программ, но что-то тяжко пошло, особенно если ты
не юрист и в тонкостях этих не понимаешь. Да и вообще мо моему там все запутано.
