Месячной давности занятное про параллельное "американской мечте":

которую мы называем Free World. Она гласила, что американская
исключительность базируется не на каких-то особых отношениях
с Христом, а на особых отношениях со свободой. И если что-то
и выделяет американцев из числа других европейских наций, то
только то, что это «свободный народ». Разумеется, и вся зона
влияния США должна стать таким free world’ом, а в идеале –
и весь мир должен стать free. Но не в том смысле, что бесплатно,
а в том, что исключая любое политическое сопротивление
американской внешней политике.
