Для этого все, что нужно - сделать MD5 всех файлов.
О чем, собственно, и речь.
Почему-то некоторые не могут понять, что на диске - не только сами RPM.
И хочется знать, в случае, когда MD5 уже записанного диска или образа не
совпадает - из-за чего: из-за (условно) "битого" README.txt, или из-за битых
файлов баз, инсталлятора, RPM, и т.д.
