alterator -- свободное ПО и как таковое пригоден к развитию теми,
кто в этом по какой-либо причине (как сотрудник ООО, или делающий
решения для заказчиков человек, или просто купившийся на красивую
идею даже при спешной реализации разработчик).
Только и всего :)
