Да в общем-то для ООО делать малоосмысленно, гораздо осмысленней
обычно делать для себя.

Тем не менее при lockdown это вполне разумная мера (с поправкой
на отключение от материнской платы вместо выдирания, ну да...).

Как правило, шейпить получается на одной стороне -- в данном разе
на принимающей. :) Бишь скорость дискуссий не в последнюю
очередь лимитируется скоростью ответов.
