О ТСО. Кроме того есть продукты в которых большая часть это специфика
конкретной компании -- сделать коробку практически нереально.
Если исключительные права передаются клиенту, то он оплачивает полную
стоимость разработки + наценка. Если они остаются у разработчика, то сумма
может быть заметно меньше, так как заметная часть кода будет повторно
использоваться при создании других решений.
