В их ведомстве так не принято;-(
Почтовые тарифы растут растут как на дрожжах, а зарплата почтальонов,
как ни странно, фактически заморожена, вот и некому работать. Кроме
того, в каждом городе есть "узкое горло" в виде "прижелезнодорожного
сортировочного почтамта", через который проходит вся корреспонденция...
