Есть такая замечательная штуковина как клиент-банки для физлиц. Во многих
банках это удовольствие уже доступно -- и можно легко оплатить безналом.
В любом другом случае есть такая "замечательная" вещь как сбербанк. Там
тоже обычно можно заплатить.
Если будут желающие в большом количестве, ради такого дела можно
организовать и приём кредиток. Но, думается, не так много будет таких
желающих.
