Уж скорей тогда Tcl/Tk, интерпретатор под win32 маленький
и выглядит везде одинаково. Вот как сделать, чтоб под виндами
смотрелось по-виндовому -- народ рассказывал, да неактуально
было. :)
Вообще действительно, если задача не сугубо вычислительная --
может иметь прямой смысл посмотреть сперва на скриптовые языки,
тот же тикль с распечаткой Остерхута освоить за недельку вполне
реально для написания кроссплатформенных графических мордочек.
(почему про Ruby молчу? -- да потому, что в жизни не писал
ничего, что бы приходилось пускать под win32, на сем языке;
и про состояние дел с тулкитами, кроме того, что есть Fox,
не знаю)
