Мда. Давно уже нвость проходила. Давалл ссылку своему знакомому (у него
мать в патентном бюро работает) - выражаясь култруно пэнсионер трижды не
прав и пребывает в маразме.
1) патент этот срочный (т.е. срок действия его закончится и не так уж
нескоро) И если он его не продлит (а за это надо деньги платить) то патент
просто пропадает (т.е. эта весчь становится непатентованой -
перепатентовать низя)
2) он запантетовал три вполне определнные смайлика (т.е. вполне
поределнного начертания) так что фирма может просто в следующей партии
телефонов сменить картинки и успокоиться.
3) патент имеет право только на территории России :)
