Ну так в пакаджеры его, в пакаджеры. И пусть трудится
с умным видом круглый день, заодно повышая экспириенс.
Поскольку тут, как и во многих других случаях, где ненулевая
ответственность, нагрузка не при нормальном режиме, а при
внештатных ситуациях. И если при этом "нормальный режим" тоже
нагружен, то может просто не оказаться запаса прочности на оные.

А за что получает зряплату начальник? Если он не грузчик, то не
за человеко-ящики, а за то, что "всё работает" (так или иначе).
Бишь за административную ответственность.
У одного друга есть формула:
ЗП = Н * Г + О
где
ЗП -- зряплата,
Н -- ноги (усердие),
Г -- голова (профуровень),
О -- ответственность.
Ответственность -- _отдельной_ статьёй, извиняюсь за каламбур.
