Здравствуйте!
Интернет без картинок не бывает. И вот несколько недель назад внезапно,
как говорится, эти самые картинки вдруг резко потеряли в качестве, стали
размытые и в квадратиках. Я стал грешить на браузер, но в интернете ничего
по моей проблеме не нашлось. И тут опять-таки внезапно выяснилось, что
если тот же самый сайт посетить по протоколу https, а не http, то
качество картинок становится нормальным. Особенно это заметно, если
расположить рядом два окна:

Поскольку я, разумеется, "ничего не трогал" (TM), кроме обновления из p7,
то может ли быть провайдер виноват в этом? Или всё-таки браузер?
Браузер FF-38.7.0. С предыдущим 38.6.1 то же самое.
Выход в интернет происходит со стационарного компьютера через USB-модем
(увы, за неимением туалетной пользуемся наждачной).
