Тут произошла странная история с Государственной экологической
экспертизой:
В конце января 40 из 52 членов экспертной комиссии подписали
отрицательное заключение. Такое решение, разумеется, не устроило
"Транснефть" - сроки проведения экспертизы были волшебным образом
продлены, а комиссия была разбавлена ещё 34 "независимыми экспертами".
