git.alt ясно пишет что код который вы пытаетесь собрать, не наследуется от
текущей сборки в gears. Логично, что вы хотите смерджить свою ветку с
последними изменениями из gears. Но из-за опечатки (где git merge
человеческим голосом говорит что не знает что ещё за gear/sisyphus) мерджа
не происходит. Надо мерджить с нужной веткой (sisyphus) нужного удалённого
репозитория (gears) и хорошо бы проверять что мердж прошел успешно (с
помощью git log например).
P.S.: hint: в zsh можно сделать setopt printexitvalue. Также там есть
completion для git, что помогает избегать опечаток.
