Легко чинится, я это ещё в 2007 году делал.
1. LDAP или ручная синхронизация пользователей чтобы наборы
пользователей были идентичны.
2. mkdir /var/sockets/ /var/lib/vz/root/VEID/var/sockets/
3. в скрипт (кажется VEID.mount) прописывается bind-mount
4. настраивается pgsql, чтобы клал свой сокет в /var/sockets/
5. делается init-скрипт, который будет создавать симлинк в /tmp.
6. PROFIT! :)
для монтирования можно поискать мой древний скрипт на shell+awk по имени
vzmount.
