На сервере следует смонтировать:
mount -t nfsd nfsd /proc/fs/nfsd/
В 2.6 используется эта псевдо-fs вместо потрошков в /var/lib/nfs.
И повесьте мне напоминалочку в багозиллу, пожалуйста.
