При SECURE_TMP=yes перезапуск Samba от root'а приводит к
неработоспособности оной. Вот что в /var/log/%machine:

Приходится делать так: TMPDIR=/tmp /etc/init.d/smb restart,
что, согласитесь, не очень то удобно. Вероятно, есть и прочие
места, где наличие переменной окружения TMPDIR=/root/tmp некстати.
