Кнопка меняет цвет, когда отмонтирование завершено. Это вполне себе
индикатор. И никак иначе.

Для sync? А его можно избирательно заставить работать с определенным
устройством? А не сбрасывать все буфера на всех дисках?

Ага. Особенно для WM, в которых не используются ярлыки на столе. :) Но
суть не в этом, скрипт можно и по иному мышкой запустить. Только скрипт
должен отмонтировать то самое устройство, которое флэшка, которое юзер
может мышкой выбрать в списке и т.п.

Ниче, это у них быстро проходит. Раза два хватает потерять документ, на
третий приучаются отмонтировать нормально.
