Нашёл я, где это делается.
/etc/kde/config/kdeglobals
Жаль что не реализовано у нас каких-нибудь альтернатив по этому поводу, чтоб
можно было легко менять дефолтную тему, а то я этот slick ну просто никак
полюбить не могу, как не пытался... ну все мои домашние что-то его тоже не
очень....
