Свежеустановленная система со стартеркита с обновлением до текущего сизифа.

Показывает проблему с загрузкой smb, но это иная песня.

Нет, Жень.
lvm не использую.
Да и проблема с долгим выключением/перегрузкой.
Пока под подозрением две вещи:
transmission-daemon (отключил его, время выключения не много уменьшилось)
plymouth.
А загрузка идёт достаточно быстро:
Startup finished in 3.622s (kernel) + 11.763s (userspace) = 15.385s
