Хм, я не первый раз вижу, что под сизифусом теряются иноды в /dev.
Винты нормальные, без бедов, машины разные, ядра 2.4.20-2.4.21, потом
вся эта байда находится в /lost+found, да вот кстати о птичках:
# ls -l /lost+found/*
