В апстриме разобрались.
Во время первого импорта процесс был прерван (по вине марсиан конечно же :).
Ktorrent успел затянуть 55 торрентов. А когда я повторил попытку импорта, он
успешно затянул все 98 (включая 55 предыдущих). Таким образом получилось 55
дублей. Вот они то и устраивали мне каскад ошибок при каждом запуске программы.
Вычистил дубли (слава fdupes!), и клавиша ENTER вздохнула с облегчением :)
