+1, испытываю те же проблемы уже довольно давно (обсуждалось недавно
вроде бы). При этом из двух разных лаптопов с довольно разными
настройками KDE5 проблемы наблюдаются только на одном. Поэтому
локализовать первопричину мучительно.
