Под R2 подразумевается Win2012R2?

В свойствах виртуальной машины Integration Services -> Guest services
должно быть включено.

Устройство создаёт ядро. Это правило для systemd.

Не стоит пользоваться драйверами hyper-v из 3.14, там слишком много
