Если все файлы в одном каталоге, то можно
vim<space><tab><ctrl-space><ctrl-space><ctrl-space>....
что собирёт командную строку вида
vim file1 file2 file3 ...
Затем в виме можно перейти от этого файла к другому через :next или
:wnext.
Вместо <ctl-space>, естественно, можно какие-то файлы пропустить или
выбрать, например, стрелочками; сам же <ctrl-space> это
bindkey -M menuselect "^ " accept-and-menu-complete
