Да, Алтайский край планирует в 2012 окончательно перейти на СПО. В
этом году они закупили Windows и MS Office на более половины
компьютеров на один год (3млн) и коробки Альт с поддержкой и
обучением для каждой школы (3 млн) . Всего школ в крае более 1200,
компьютеров в них около 17 000.
Минобрнауки заявил при этом, что внедрение на ответственности
регионов, равно как и выбор ПО. Регионы же ждали отмашки сверху и не
дождались. В результате, к 1 января 2011 года кто-то будет с плачем
сносить винду, а кого-то ждут неприятности с правоохранительными
органами.
Увы.
