мы ща "пропихиваем" подобное решение
однако кроме АБИС (каталог книг и учет юзеров) можно говорить про
электронный читальный зал с электронной библиотекой.
Майк Шигорин поднимает как раз рассылку по теме %)

Знакомо :( тут в одной потратили под 600 тыс гривен (120К долларов) и
это начало...

локализация -- огромная работа...
в общем, спец по Коха едет на семинар 6 июня в Крым и расскажет про Коха.
