Решил "посмотреть" на MD. Установил последнюю версию из Сизифа... Но
при создании графич. приложения так и не сумел найти кнопку привязки
виджетов к полям там, где бы ей следовало быть. Она должна
располагаться над рабочей областью "Дизайнера"(как, например, здесь:
http://monodevelop.com/Documentation/Stetic_GUI_Designer), но у меня

В чем может быть проблема?
