А не может такое происходить из-за большого числе icmp-redirect?
У меня была точь-в-точь аналогичноая проблема на интегрированных в HP DL-180
сетевухах (#24194). Происходило на ядре kernel-image-ovz-smp-2.6.27-alt9 и
kernel-image-ovz-smp-2.6.27-alt13.M51.3.
Прописал маршруты вручную так, чтобы icmp-redirect возникали как можно реже,
вроде (тьфу-тьфу-тьфу) трапы прекратились.
