Если я совсем сильно не ошибаюсь, то похожее было и на прошлом ядре,
но вылечилось чем-то вроде пересборки без IRQ load balancing. А может
и все это неправда и причина была в другом.

Хм... А вот звуковухи видит две, а грузит одну. Да и USB-контроллеров
физически два, а почему им нужно три драйвера?

И опять-таки, на 2.4.х все работало. На 2.6.6 при скачивании с флэшки
относительно большого объема (например, 20-30 метров) система с
вероятностью 95% висла наглухо. На новом ядре пока не проверил из-за
отсутствия флэшки подходящего объема.
