Вобщем попробывал собрать его сам.
Вытянул src, установил...
При сборке сообщает что ему нужен gcc4.1-c++
Проверил в системе стоит gcc4.3-c++
поправил спек, вывалился с ошибкой при сборке
Доустановил gcc4.1-c++ и попытался снести gcc4.3-c++, вмести с ним хотят
снестись ядерные исходники.
Собрал как есть, установил, в почте пытаюсь прочитать письмо - сразу же
вылетает.
Форматнул машину поставил x86_64(давно собирался) - все заработало.
Походу проблема таки в 32х битной сборке.
