Мои обоснования:
- плагинов море несметное, если тянуть так тянуть их все. С какой целью
делается исключение для 1-2-5 плагинов?
- опакеченые версии плагинов ВСЕГДА будут отставать от своих родителей.
- я как юзер не смогу удалить плагин из списка плагинов, смогу только
отключить. (ну это уже не критично...)
