Вы точно в этом уверены?
Обычно лучше видно на TFT на 60 герцах вертикальной развертки.
А 70-75 герц - это максимальная частота с которой монитор
синхронизируется.
Производители TFT-мониторов обычно рекомендуют кадровую частотк 60 Гц.
Наверное Ваша модель есть в базе и для нее рекомендовано 60 Гц...
