вот пока что выяснил: ccpd не запускается при старте системы. Попытался
сделать ccpd restart а оказалось он не запущен. После start
распечатался документ который в lp висел.
права на /etc/init.d/ccpd 755
права на /var/ccpd/fifo0 777
