сейчас даже пробовать не буду -- не поможет (уже давно пытался починить 
проблему указанием VertRefresh 60 -- не помогло)
вы в логах обратите внимание -- там очень подозрительные строки:

какой к черту у него TV? потому и указывал потом явно -- CRT (LFP и DFP, 
кстати, тоже пробовал)
