Вы смотрите на сайте компании ALT Linux, которая такими вещами
действительно не занимается. В проекте ALT Linux Team участвуют своими
сотрудниками и другие компании, некоторые из которых базируют свои
разработки на Сизифе. Вот одна из них (ApplianceWare) и делала порт на
ARM, правда он не доступен публично, насколько я понимаю, только заказчикам.
