Нет.
Есть порт под ARM подмножества Сизифа.

Два способа: нативная и кросс-пересборка. Порт на ARM делался нативной
сборкой, когда все -- и процесс компиляции, и rpm -- запускались на ARM.
Занимает достаточно много времени, однако получается немного более
надежный код. :-)
Кросс-среду с rpm будет немного сложнее поднять, поэтому я бы рассмотрел
нативный порт.
