Сегодня словил такойже глюк.
Кодировка koi8
KDE в основном всё показывает нормально. Запускаю kcontrol - в заголовке
????????? - знаки вопросов. Sim всё историю в кракозябрах показывает.
При просмотре кодировке (в sim) он говорит, что cp1252 установлена.
С чего бы это?
В конфигах koi8 прописано....
