Самый простой путь - стереть каталог .wine и ссылку на него wine_c.
Тогда оно создаст поумолчательные настройки, с которыми всё должно
работать как надо.
У меня такое было на ALM2.4, когда я в winecfg намудрил с настройками на
вкладке "Графика". Поставил на место две верхних галочки и всё пришло в
норму. Можете не сносить вышеуказанные каталоги, а просто покопаться в
файлах реестра wine и вручную вернуть эти настройки.
У меня в файле user.reg такое прописано.
[Software\\Wine\\X11 Driver] 1151082478
"Desktop"="800x600"
"DesktopDoubleBuffered"="Y"
"DXGrab"="Y"
Попробуйте, должно помочь.
