Если вы о качествах коробочного дистрибутива, то, описывая на пальцах,
для этого нужно, чтобы было достаточно денег на обслуживание серверов с
Сизифом, собственно выпуск коробок и зарплату сотрудникам, занимающимся
созданием дистрибутива (речь не только и не столько о разработке
программ, а о процессе создания дистрибутива из того, что лежит в Сизифе).
