Потому что ядро wks26-up находится в разломанном состоянии на данный
момент. Разлом - как раз в районе
kernel-modules-fglrx-wks26-up-1.0.8.10.19-alt1.132619.4, который есть
модуль ядра, соответствующий fglrx_glx-8.10.19. Странно, это должно
значить, что ядро wks26-up не пересобирается из src.rpm.
P.S. Посмотрел на
$ apt-cache showpkg fglrx_glx
Package: fglrx_glx
Versions:
8.14.13-alt2(/var/lib/apt/lists/ftp.altlinux.com_pub_distributions_ALTLinux_Sisyphus_i586_base_pkglist.classic)
Reverse Depends:

А что за fglrx_glx-8.12.10 в зависимостях xorg-x11-mesagl?
