Это там есть:
# cat /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
DEVICE=eth0
BOOTPROTO=dhcp
NETWORK=10.1.148.0
BROADCAST=10.1.148.255
ONBOOT=yes
Может предпоследние две строчки удалить?

сделал - помогло, но только до перезагрузки.
